Job Role for Senior Manager DC Services & Consolidations

Being a senior manager of Datacenter Services and Consolidation, you will be responsible for

1. Bridging the data center department with diverse functions of the organization to accomplish smooth data center procedures and strategic interaction initiatives.
2. Handy functioning with a budget for the CAPEX/OPEX and departmental financials as well as procurement.
3. Association with the sales team for the provisioning of B2B services, processes improvement, and optimization,
4. Make sure compliance with security, governance, QMS, and risk management is also contained within the job function.
5. Forming performance KPIs and aligning the objectives with the business strategy, ensuring the timely negotiations and renewals of Datacenters contracts and vendor management, and collaborations for business cases for different data center necessities are also included.

Responsibilities for Senior Manager DC Services & Consolidations

1. Synchronization and interfacing with operations, planning, strategy, and procurement functions for data center-related project sanctions, starts, and closing with all documentation and technical follow-ups. Building and collaborating on business cases, rationalizations, assessment criteria, and RFP/RFQ for projects and procurements are also part of this role.
2. Projects tracing, growth reporting chartings, and presentation to the higher management.
3. Risk assessment and quality assurance of all Datacenter related projects.
4. Devising annual budgeting business justifications, rationalizing and optimization of the CAPEX/OPEX is also the portion of this role for the nationwide data center.
5. Ensuring passivity with security, governance, and QMS baselines in synchronization with data center operations teams.
6. Building and enforcing performance KPIs, objectives alignment, and process improvements.
7. Accountable to make sure the SLAs and OLAs and negotiations with vendors and service partners ensure smooth operations are intact.
8. Well-timed provisioning of resources to gratify the business and customer requirements
9. Coordination for expansions, capacity building, and upgradations of data centers for smooth operations

Education and Experience for Senior Manager DC Services & Consolidations

Ideal Candidate for Senior Manager Senior Manager DC Services & Consolidations

1. Professional Degree in Engineering, IT, or CS from a reputable HEC-recognized institute
2. Exceptional in project management which contains design and execution of enterprise-level projects and resource management.
3. Outstanding knowledge and hands-on for maintenance and operations of Datacenter Facilities with evaluation classifications
4. Excellent in people management, soft skills, and team building.
5. Excellent in assessing the problem and presenting root cause analysis.
6. Having exceptional interpersonal and negotiations skill.
7. Must be good at financials and budgeting.
8. Outstanding business acumen and requirement gathering and negotiation skills
9. Outstanding at building cohesion within teams.
10. Admirable verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
