- Prepare and sterilize media and perform pre-incubation procedures.
- Assess growth promotion, inhibition, and indicative properties of media.
- Conduct viable environmental monitoring of classified areas and utilities.
- Maintain cultures from the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC).
- Perform microbial limit tests on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
