Position Title: Accountant cum Admin Assistant
Department: Corporate Department
Location: Islamabad Liaison Office
Academic Requirement: B.COM with IT, BSCS, ICMA with IT as a subject OR Partial-ACCA-completion from a renowned institute/college/university
Knowledge & Skills Required:
Accounting and Tax Knowledge
Exceptional Skills in MS Office esp. Advance Excel
IT and Network Troubleshooting including Network Solutions
Work Experience: 2-4 years of experience
Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for:
Managing and executing Routine Accounting related tasks
Processing end-to-end vendor payments and claims
Preparation of Ledger and Data Entry into ORACLE Quick-book system i.e. SACLA independently
Coordination with branch offices and support departments for documentary control
Managing and executing Routine Administrative tasks, such as:
o Maintenance of Office Supplies & Office Equipment
o Dispersal/Personalized Delivery of Documents to Govt Offices, Banks, Vendors, etc.
o Logistical and lodging arrangements (Hotel Bookings, Office Vehicles, and Driver Management)
o Visa Processing
o Data Entry into internal Information Databases
Supporting manager in official document submissions, follow-up on meeting requests, & coordinating with relevant govt. entities
Salary: The incumbent will be offered the post of Executive Assistant with a basic salary range between PKR 60,000 to 75,000 depending on the skillset and level of experience they may have. Benefits are offered post-6-month confirmation i.e. medical allowance and transportation allowance, health & life insurance. Retiral benefits include PF & Gratuity.
