IIL is looking for a Sr. Officer / Assistant Manager Exports. Candidates with the relevant qualification and minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Export Logistics & Documentation, preferably in FMCG, are encouraged to apply. Job Description:
– Coordinate export operations from factory, transporters, clearing agents, freight forwarders and shipping lines
– Coordinate pre-shipment & post-shipment documentation: Inspection, Shipment booking etc.
– Coordinate for timely submission of documents to bank & dispatch to buyer
– Coordinate with Supply Chain and factory for timely production of orders
– Coordinate with customers and keeping track of in-hand orders
– Generating customer invoices and follow-up for payments
– Processing vendor bills & invoices for payment
