Job Role

Ensure the direct area sales team achieves assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for all brands according to the agreed quality benchmark along with ensuring implementation of sales planning for all PTCL brands in the area across all direct channels.

Responsibilities

Leading a team of TSMs, OSS, and Exchanges time.

Visiting all OSS according to a route and ensuring at levisits1 visit to each Point of sales every month.

Make sure ample stock of all brands for standardized distribution in agreed direct channels.

Make sure that all points of sale within the area are well managed according to Trade Marketing strategy and ensure agreed service level, productivity, and out-of-stock.

Make Sure that all direct channel managers and their staff is well trained and monitored to deliver assigned jobs efficiently.

Make sure agreed score in regional and area score cards.

Make sure devotion to all company principles and policies.

Accountable for continuous improvement and Retail development.

Make sure product availability, visibility, and monitoring of BTL Activities.

Accountable for maintaining a good working relationship and coordination with business operation teams for in-time installation and fault rectification.

Qualification

Professional Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing.

Experience

Relevant experience in the field.
